If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition with tags still attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable.

We must be notified within 10 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.
All returned products MUST have a Return Authorization Number and must be unused, unwashed, securely packed in the original packaging and including all paperwork and warranty cards.
If packaging is not in its original condition, the item will be returned to you.
To request a Return Authorization Number please send us an email with the following information: order number, name of product to be returned, reason for return, and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
Once we have issued an authorization number, your returned item MUST arrive back to us within 10 days in order to issue an exchange or receive a credit.
